Energy+ International Ltd is planning series of trainings and events in Bulgaria and Romania to promote the most energy efficient standard – the Passive House Standard. The Summer Academy for Passive Buildings will start on May 13th in Sofia Bulgaria with a 7 day training “Certified Passive House Designer” CEPH for international professionals. Guest lecturer will be the Passive House designer from Denmark arch. Anders Sonnichsen who is well known to the Bulgarian architectural community as a member of the panel of judges for the Passive House design competition in Lozen, Bulgaria.

Requests for participation in the international training have been received from professionals from Portugal, Moldova, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Bulgaria.
The  “Certified Passive House Designer” course will be followed by an one day THERM workshop where the participants will be able to learn how to analyze and calculate thermal bridges and how to design a thermal bridge free building.

Training “Certified Passive House Designer” in Bulgarian language have been scheduled for two other cities in Bulgaria – Plovdiv and Varna.

The Summer Academy for Passive Buildings in Romania will include “Certified Passive House Designer” CEPH course, PHPP and THERM workshop in Bucharest, all in English. Energy+ International will provide the trainings in Romania in collaboration with Ordinul Arthitectilor din Romania – OAR and Romania Green Building Council – RoGBC.

Energy+ International Ltd is a leading provider of the CEPH course and has successfully trained professionals from Bulgaria and Romania. On successfully passing the CEPH exam the participants will receive international recognition and the title  “Certified Passive House Designer” from the Passivhaus Institut in Darmstadt, Germany.

In addition to the trainings  Summer Academy for Passive Buildings will include networking events in Sofia, Bulgaria and Bucharest, Romania for architects, engineers and professionals, who are interested in connecting with colleagues working in the fields of energy efficiency and Passive House design.
